Follow these steps to get buckets of oil:
Get yourself some buckets to put the oil in.
Then gather these machines:
When you have your supplies find a good place to look for oil. It is said that oceans are a good place to find it.
When you find a spot you like do this to prepare:
Hit F3 and g (or ctl + F3 + g) to see the chunk boundaries and build you a platform at Y=200:
If not sure how high you are at - hit F3 and in the upper left it will tell you.
On your platform, set up Group 1 to give you power to the control panel.
